Subject to an asset’s nature, gift conditions, cultural value and governance process, the Society may choose collection, research, display, education, loan, transfer to an eligible institution, or disposition through an independent third party.

Net disposition proceeds returned to the Society are used only for its charitable purpose.

03 / Commercial boundary

Independent operators execute commercial activity.

The Society does not directly participate in artwork sales, commercial agency or brokerage, commercial profit distribution, daily gallery operation, buyer payment, transaction execution, commercial logistics or after-sales service.

04 / Conflicts & related parties

Disclosure, recusal and auditable oversight.

The Society maintains conflict-of-interest and related-party governance mechanisms, including disclosure, recusal, independent approval, written records and auditable settlement statements.
